Bone and Muscle LossA natural decline in estrogen levels during menopause can cause bone density to decrease. On average, women lose up to 10% of their bone mass in the first five years after menopause. A decrease in free testosterone levels during menopause can contribute to accelerated muscle mass loss.
Increased Anxiety and StressMenopause can increase anxiety and stress due to a number of factors, including hormonal changes, sleep disturbances, and life changes. During perimenopause, estrogen levels fluctuate erratically, and when estrogen levels drop, cortisol levels can rise. Hot flashes and night sweats can disrupt sleep and affect mood.

Yoga and FlowLIFT work together in a way that amplifies their individual benefits—creating an effect greater than the sum of their parts. Start with one of each per week, then add an extra class of your choice. Over time, you might gravitate more toward one, and that’s perfectly fine. Just aim to include at least one yoga and one FlowLIFT session weekly to experience the full synergy.
We get it—working out by yourself at home can be tough! That’s why we’ve included 20 and 25-minute classes to make it easier. We recommend starting your day with a class—roll out of bed, grab your gear, and press play. Over time, you'll come to love this morning routine as your dedicated time to yourself.
Yes! Repeat classes as much as you like, especially FlowLIFT. The more you do it, the more your body will get the hang of the moves—and your mind can stop panicking about what comes next. You’ll be so in the zone that even your brain will get a workout! Plus, that’s when you really start to feel the mental benefits of both yoga and FlowLIFT.
FlowLIFT is definitely a tough workout, but trust us—it’s worth every drop of sweat! Start by moving slowly and mindfully. You don’t need to keep up with the teacher’s pace; feel proud of doing fewer reps if that’s what it takes. The goal is to master the movements with smooth, steady control before speeding up. Over time, your body will get used to our unique moves. Each class is different, but the actions are repetitive, so you’ll always feel progress without plateauing or getting bored. Stick with it—you’ve got this!
