Carolina has been passionately teaching vinyasa yoga for over twenty years, continually inspiring her students with her dynamic approach. In 2014, she brought her vision to life by founding büddhi yoga La Jolla. Just two years later, she teamed up with her friend Amanda McCarroll to create FlowLIFT Fitness, revolutionizing the fitness landscape.

Carolina's yoga classes are a powerful blend of strength and balance, always rooted in mindful breath control. FlowLIFT has quickly become her favorite workout, seamlessly combining strength training, agility, and cardio into one invigorating routine.

Looking ahead, Carolina is driven by her commitment to helping others achieve their physical and mental wellness goals through büddhi moves. She’s excited about the future and eager to continue empowering her community with innovative fitness solutions.

Amanda has been teaching vinyasa yoga since 2001, bringing over two decades of experience and passion to her practice. In 2016, she co-created FlowLIFT with Carolina Vivas, blending their expertise to develop a unique fitness experience. Amanda's classes cater to all levels of practitioners, ensuring everyone feels both challenged and supported.

Her classes are a testament to her deep knowledge of various traditional yoga styles, bodywork, and anatomical focus.
