Better mobility. Strong shoulders.

Yoga is one of the most effective ways to support healthy, mobile shoulders. Regular practice improves shoulder mobility, stability, posture, and upper-body strength, while mindful breathwork helps release tension through the neck and shoulders. Together, strength and mobility create a sustainable approach to shoulder health — helping you move with more freedom, reduce strain, and build lasting support in everyday movement.

frequently asked questions

Maybe your shoulders have been feeling tight, overworked, or ready for a reset — and you know it’s time to move differently. Healthy Shoulders is designed to support mobility, strength, and stress relief through progressive yoga that helps you build healthier movement patterns over time. Start with the curated classes, listen to your body, and know we’re here to support you every step of the way. Here are a few answers to help you get started…

faq's for you

Should I talk to my doctor before starting
shoulder-focused yoga?

If you have injuries, chronic pain, or medical concerns, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before beginning a new movement program. Practicing mindfully and listening to your body is key.

Is Healthy Shoulders good for shoulder mobility and tension relief?

Yes. These classes focus on improving shoulder mobility, posture, and stability while helping release tension through the neck and upper body. The progression builds strength gradually so your shoulders feel more supported and move with greater ease.

Do I need yoga or fitness experience before starting?

Some familiarity with yoga or movement is helpful since classes progress from easier to more intermediate levels. If you’re newer or returning after a break, move slowly, modify when needed, and focus on steady breathing and control.

Will I always have access to these classes?

Yes — Healthy Shoulders is a one-time purchase with forever access. You can return to this page anytime to repeat classes, rebuild mobility, or stay consistent with your practice. You can purchase another forever-access collection anytime or upgrade to a monthly or annual büddhi membership for full access to our entire yoga and FlowLIFT library — while still keeping access to Healthy Shoulders.
