What is FlowLIFT and how is it different from a regular workout?

FlowLIFT blends cardio, strength training, and mobility into one continuous flow. You’ll move through compound exercises like squats, lunges, and layered sequences that build endurance, coordination, and total-body strength while staying low-impact.

Is the FlowLIFT Collection beginner-friendly?

These workouts are best suited for students with some fitness or movement experience. If you’re newer to FlowLIFT, we recommend starting with the FlowLIFT Starter Pack first, then progressing to this collection once you’ve built a strong foundation.

Do I need equipment for FlowLIFT workouts?

Yes — you’ll need 3 lb dumbbells and our ankle weights to get the full FlowLIFT experience. You can grab the ankle weights we use in class directly from the büddhi shop page so you’re fully set up to train.

Will I always have access to these classes?

You can upgrade anytime to a monthly or annual büddhi membership to unlock hundreds of additional yoga and FlowLIFT classes while keeping access to this collection.
